Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with one of our direct clients in Sioux City, Iowa . We are looking for an experienced HRIS professional with strong experience in ADP and UKG systems , HR data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and HRIS implementation.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Salary: Competitive Salary+ 10% potential annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage and maintain HRIS systems and employee data.
\n
• Support ADP EV6 and ADP eTime systems.
\n
• Participate in the implementation of UKG Pro/UKG WFM.
\n
• Provide ongoing HRIS support and troubleshoot system issues.
\n
• Manage employee information, including attendance, productivity, and salary data.
\n
• Develop and maintain HR reports and provide data to various departments.
\n
• Ensure HRIS security protocols are maintained and followed.
\n
• Support HR and other departments with accurate and timely information.
\n
• Train users and assist employees with effective use of HR systems.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and system efficiency.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or plant environment.
\n
• Strong experience with ADP products; ADP EV6 and ADP eTime preferred.
\n
• Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM/Kronos.
\n
• ADP Report Writer/ADPR experience highly preferred.
\n
• Strong HRIS troubleshooting and analytical skills.
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
\n
• Power BI experience preferred.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
\n
• Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous positions.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
\n
• Must be willing and able to relocate to Sioux City, Iowa independently, if required.
\n
