Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy modalities aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens
• Thoroughly document assessments, treatments, and patient progress following facility standards and regulations
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team rounds to ensure seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialty certifications (neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not obligatory

Skills

• Previous experience is highly desirable
• Ability to address complex medical and mobility concerns effectively
