We are seeking an experienced and driven Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient-centered hospice services. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, mentor and develop clinical staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations. You will play a critical role in guiding quality care initiatives while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. Responsibilities As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you will: Direct and coordinate hospice clinical services to ensure continuity, quality, and safety of patient care in compliance with state and federal regulations, including Conditions of Participation (CoPs) Promote the philosophy, mission, and policies of the organization to support outstanding patient outcomes Supervise and provide leadership to clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, timely assessments, reassessments, and continuity of care Participate in hiring, training, staff development, and clinical oversight activities Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in developing and reviewing individualized patient care plans Monitor and lead QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) initiatives and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements through education and coaching Identify operational or clinical concerns and communicate recommendations to leadership through verbal and written reporting Support infection prevention practices and promote adherence to standard precautions Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with staff, patients, families, physicians, and community partners Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory continuing education Qualifications Required: Current and active RN license Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Current CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospice environment Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of hospice management experience HomeCare HomeBase experience Experience leading interdisciplinary clinical teams Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Eligibility After 3 Months 100% fully vested immediately Company contributes 100% of the first 3% contributed each pay period Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Choice Hospice, Inc.
