Responsibilities: Lead dynamic F45 group fitness classes in a safe, motivating, and high-energy environment Coach and correct member form and technique to ensure proper movement and injury prevention Engage and motivate members throughout each session to maximize performance and results Set up and break down class equipment before and after each session Build strong relationships with members to foster community and retention Stay current on F45 programming, training methods, and fitness trends Represent the F45 brand with professionalism and enthusiasm on and off the floor Requirements: Current personal training or group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED certification required Previous experience coaching group fitness, HIIT, functional training, or similar formats preferred Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and proper movement mechanics Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent class schedule Passionate about health, wellness, and creating an inclusive fitness community About Us: F45 Vienna VA is a locally owned franchise of the globally recognized F45 Training brand, known for its innovative team-based functional fitness workouts that deliver real results.
