Employer Industry: Electrical Solutions Provider Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive pay with total target cash ranging from $80,400 to $176,300, depending on geographic location and performance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global company Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely from a home office Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement Supportive company culture with a commitment to community engagement and employee well‑being What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial, EPC, and commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience Minimum 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with industrial power generation, management, and renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Strong leadership and organizational skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and support regional initiatives #ElectricalSolutions #SalesOpportunity #CareerGrowth #RemoteWork #CompetitiveBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
