Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will provide direct patient care across our behavioral health and addiction treatment programs, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments for adult patients

• Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment)

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with PHP, IOP, and outpatient program teams to ensure continuity of care

• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EHR system

• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations

• Support adolescent programming as needed

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license (APRN)

• Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (PMHNP) certification preferred; behavioral health experience required

• DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances

• Experience with MAT (Suboxone/buprenorphine prescribing) preferred

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

• Passion for behavioral health and addiction medicine
