About the Role

What You'll Do
Provide clinical supervision to therapists and clinicians on staff
Ensure quality of care and adherence to ethical standards
Support and mentor the clinical team
Collaborate with practice leadership on clinical direction

What We're Looking For

Active LCSW license in NY
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical background with a passion for mentoring others
Self-motivated and able to work independently
