Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolve all complaints. Making sure every customer leaves happy. Keeping a high level of operational standards. Keeping a safe work environment and food is prepared safely. Managing daily operations of the restaurant. Managing inventory and purchasing. Managing restaurant financials and budget.
