Community Health Navigator & Advocate

Molina Healthcare of Illinois

Molina Healthcare seeks a community-based Member Advocate to support vulnerable members in managing health care needs. You will serve as a local resource, helping navigate plans, arrange appointments, and access social services in the community. You will travel 50-80% locally, meeting members in homes, shelters, and provider offices, with emphasis on customer service, organization, and communication skills to empower members and maximize benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
