Assistant General Manager As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement. Responsibilities Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. Help ensure restaurant operations are optimal in partnership with the General Manager. Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement. Qualifications Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, procedures, and computer operations. Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing the team.
