Sea Results is growing and looking for an experienced Senior Marine Technician / Marine Electrician to join our team in Pensacola, Florida.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced technician who can take ownership of projects from diagnosis through completion without requiring constant supervision.
Our ideal candidate is particularly strong in marine electrical systems, but we are also very interested in experienced diesel mechanics, marine HVAC/refrigeration technicians, generator technicians, and well-rounded marine systems technicians.
Experience with solar, lithium battery systems, inverters/chargers, generators, shore power, and AC/DC electrical systems is especially valuable.
What we're looking for:
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Marine AC/DC electrical experience preferred
• Solar, lithium, inverter/charger and battery-system experience is a major plus
• Diesel, generator or HVAC/refrigeration experience is also highly valued
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical/service manuals
• Ability to independently plan and complete repairs
• Quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate findings and recognize when scope changes require customer approval
• Ability to mentor or lead developing technicians
• ABYC/NMEA/manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required
