HR Generalist

LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for our client in Chicago! The person in this role will be assisting with various administrative HR duties, including benefits administration, leaves of absence, and other projects.

• Contract/Contract to Hire
  
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am-430pm or 9am-5pm
  
• 35 hour work week
  
• Pay rate: $28-30/hour
  
• Location: 100% onsite, Humboldt Park area
  

Responsibilities include:

• This is an urgent request for an HR professional with benefits experience
  
• Benefits enrollment and administration (new hires and upcoming open enrollment season)
  
• Assisting with FMLA/LOA processing
  
• Performance evaluation projects
  
• Various reporting and projects in Paylocity system
