Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join a leading company in Cary, NC. The HR Manager plays a central role in supporting our growing construction workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience from initial contact through long-term employment. This position oversees key HR functions, collaborates closely with field operations, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace. Responsibilities Benefits Administration Oversee and manage all company benefits programs, ensuring employees clearly understand their options during onboarding and throughout their employment. Provide ongoing support and guidance regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries. Safety & Workers’ Compensation Coordination Partner with the Safety Department to manage workplace accidents, workers’ compensation claims, and incident follow-up. Support timely reporting, documentation, and communication to ensure compliance and effective case resolution. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Conduct phone screens and interviews for high-volume field positions, including equipment operators, truck drivers, laborers, and other construction roles.
