Shift Lead

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead to partner with a top-notch team and make a major impact on a company experiencing explosive growth in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. Responsibilities Assist the management team with daily restaurant operations. Be the face of Birdcall and maintain brand standards and customer experience. Uphold the company values in all interactions with guests and team members. Support a positive, efficient, and guest-focused work environment during shifts.
