Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions to understand client needs and goals related to fitness, nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness. Develop personalized, holistic wellness plans tailored to individual client requirements and lifestyle. Provide ongoing support, accountability, and motivation to clients through various communication channels (video calls, email, messaging). Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress-reduction techniques. Track client progress, celebrate achievements, and adapt coaching strategies as needed. Contribute to the development of online wellness resources, workshops, and content for the client's platform. Requirements Certification from a recognized holistic wellness coaching program. Proven experience in wellness coaching or a related field, with a strong understanding of holistic health principles. Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic coaching skills. Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and digital client management systems.
