The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a scalable operating infrastructure, creating standard operating procedures, and driving revenue optimization and portfolio performance. This senior leadership position also involves leading and developing regional and site-level teams, enhancing reporting systems, and ensuring operational accountability. The SVP will work closely with the CEO, as well as with the asset management and acquisitions teams, to achieve operational performance, NOI growth, and organizational scalability across a multi-market portfolio. Applicants for the SVP role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in multifamily property management, with a proven track record in scaling institutional-quality operating platforms.
