What You’ll Do: Search for Opportunities : Identify and persistently pursue new business. Build Relationships : Turn prospects into long-term partners through genuine connections. Drive Our Mission : Achieve and exceed sales goals while advancing our mission to empower businesses. Your Qualifications: Experience : 3+ years in staffing outside sales or similar roles. Track Record : Proven success in B2B sales or customer service. Knowledge : S trong understanding of sales cycles and prior CRM experience . Crucial Skills : Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and ultra-responsive. Flexibility : Comfortable working both remotely and in the field. Position offers annual pay of $55,000 to $115,000 plus (DOE salary, plus our uncapped commission plan), and a full benefits package (including health, dental, life 401k and more).
