Job Overview Clinical Care Technician – Post Anesthesia Care Unit Location: 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Facility: Monmouth Medical Center Department: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Req #: 0000244494 Category: CNA / Nurse Aide Pay Range: $20.57 – $25.81 per hour (NewJersey) Shift: Evening (Full‑time), Status: Hourly Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. BLS certification (American Heart Association). Preferred: Previous nursing‑assistant or clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program. Certified nursing assistant certification. Scheduling Requirements Full‑time, Evening shifts. Essential Functions Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide direct nursing care including phlebotomy and EKG monitoring. Deliver patient care based on physical, educational, and safety criteria appropriate to the patient's age and condition. Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through sound judgment and critical actions. Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding the patient's status. Participate in the collaboration of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
