Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours set from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensures that you can align your professional commitments with your personal priorities. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, facilitating emotional and psychological support through evidence-based practices. Create a safe and trusting space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, and engage in meaningful dialogue to explore their mental health challenges. Collaborate with clients to identify and define their personal goals, providing tailored guidance and encouragement as they work towards achieving these objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic strategies to address diverse client needs. Document all client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively in accordance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies. Patient Population / Client Focus As a licensed therapist at Rediscovering You, LLC, you will support a diverse population of clients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. You will work with individuals poised for change, ready to engage in therapy, and motivated to improve their life circumstances, thereby playing a vital role in fostering positive client outcomes. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Current, valid state license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services and treatment planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in engaging clients through virtual sessions. Comfortable and skilled in utilizing online therapy tools and health records management systems. Preferred Experience Experience working with clients from varied backgrounds and with different mental health challenges. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. Proven track record of creating effective treatment plans and achieving successful client outcomes. Compensation and Benefits The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
