Position Overview:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in our high-end culinary team, responsible for providing an impeccable dining experience in a fine-dining setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplary Service: Deliver attentive, refined, and professional service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each resident's dining experience exceeds expectations by adhering to Spring Hills' elevated standards.

• Table Presentation: Prepare dining tables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper placement of fine linens, polished silverware, and glassware to contribute to an elegant dining environment.

• Resident Interaction: Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and personalized service, engaging with residents to understand and accommodate their preferences, while offering menu guidance and suggestions.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, following health and safety protocols to foster a pristine and inviting dining atmosphere.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team and dining staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding resident satisfaction.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Must meet any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
