Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Compensation: $2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout various stages of life.
Formulate and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.

Qualifications

Experience in high-risk labor and delivery is essential.
Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting is necessary.
Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is required.

Working Conditions

This position involves a travel component with rotating shifts, providing a dynamic work environment that adapts to the needs of patients and the healthcare team.
