Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant in Northwest Houston, TX 77080.
Job Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Filling out paperwork, data entry, and scanning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and file management.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, employees, and clients.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Support office operations by handling correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Maintain a professional appearance in your office area.
- Assist with billing and AISC documentation.
- Managing Red Book processes.
Requirements:
- Preferably an associate’s degree in accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Technically savvy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
- Must be a notary or willing to become a notary
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM. Weekends as needed.Pay:
$25.00an hour. We pay weekly.
