Project Manager

About the Role:

My client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing commercial glazing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in storefront, curtainwall, and heavy glass systems who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish — from estimating and ordering materials to coordinating field teams and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications.
• Order and track materials, verify field measurements, and maintain organized project documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and field crews to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects at once — typically 10–20 active jobs ranging from $10K to $8M .
• Support budgeting, project tracking, and closeout processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management position in commercial glazing
• Strong understanding of storefront, curtainwall, and glass systems (storefront experience is highly valued).
• Proficient with technology and construction management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
