Now Hiring: Construction Project Manager Job Title: Construction Project Manager Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000+ Competitive salary, based on experience Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional site visits and overtime as needed About The Role The Contractor Consultants is now accepting applications for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join a highly respected, family-owned electrical and underground utility contractor. This role is ideal for someone with prior project management experience in construction, or a degree in Construction Management or Engineering looking to step into a leadership role. As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee project planning, resource management, and coordination with crews and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery across a variety of infrastructure projects—including street lighting, traffic signals, fiber optics, and underground utilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day project execution from start to finish Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation Schedule inspections, manage change orders, and track job costs Review contracts, submittals, and work plans for accuracy and compliance Ensure all safety standards and regulations are met or exceeded Participate in job site walks and quality control reviews Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams Communicate project updates and status to leadership regularly What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field — OR equivalent field experience 2+ years of relevant project management in Heavy Highway Construction, is experience preferred Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, and permitting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Proven leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Tech‑savvy — ability to use project management and scheduling software Valid driver’s license required Why Join This Team Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Medical stipend and retirement plan with matching Profit sharing options after one year Work‑life balance focus — weekends and evenings at home Career growth through ongoing training, certifications, and promotion from within Regular company events and a supportive, family‑like team culture Ready to Build Something That Lasts?
