Be knowledgeable in both food and beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, beer.
Posses the ability to help train and educate other bar and service employees
Are able to multitask under pressure
Keep a safe and sanitary workspace including organization.
Greet guests in a timely and professional manner
Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for server side station, including all side work
