Tech - Surgical

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CVOR CST to support surgical operations in a high-volume cardiovascular OR. This position requires dedicated technical expertise and flexibility to ensure seamless perioperative care and procedure execution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub duties for cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring sterile technique and instrument readiness.
• Assist surgeons with intraoperative tasks, supplies, and equipment management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures in compliance with hospital policies.
• Support on-call and holiday coverage to meet unit staffing needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of CST experience, specifically in cardiovascular ORs.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records.
• Have neuro or vascular procedure experience (preferred).
• Exhibit flexibility and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.
