Senior Paralegal - Personal Injury/ Employment law

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced, bright, energetic, personable Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide in office support for attorneys' business needs and help us to provide the best service to our clients. Hourly rate depends upon experience. Responsibilities: * Working collaboratively with a team of two attorneys and three paralegals * Conducting research to support legal proceedings * Drafting and reviewing legal documents * Reviewing client files and medical records to respond to discovery requests * Communicating with clients * Scheduling client medical appointments and deposition dates * Recording and storing client information * Helping to maintain office calendar * Making phone calls as needed to help move cases to resolution Qualifications: * At least two years of experience as a personal injury and/or employment paralegal * College degree * Spanish-speaking preferred * Familiarity with legal research * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * College-level writing skills and command of English grammar * Deadline and detail-oriented * Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed * Professional demeanor
