Position Highlights Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting 13-Week Travel Contract Full-Time Schedule Adult Outpatient Patient Population Greater Gaithersburg / Montgomery Village, MD Start Date: 9/21/26 End Date: 12/20/26 Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs. Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. Complete timely documentation and progress reporting. Collaborate with the outpatient rehab team to support strong patient outcomes. Requirements Maryland PT license required. BLS required. Outpatient experience preferred. Candidate may need to complete additional documentation/clearance directly with the clinic partner before starting.
