Site Accounting Manager
STM Associates
We're looking for an experienced Site Accounting Manager to lead all accounting functions at a largescale mining operation in northern Nevada . This is a visible, handson role partnering directly with site leadership and Corporate Accounting.
• Own sitelevel accounting, monthend close, and financial reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead AP, payroll support, reconciliations, audits, and compliance
• Serve as the primary financial partner to the mine's senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong monthend close and cost analysis background
