What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Hands-on experience in a production or quality setting
• Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers is a plus
• Knowledge of accessories used on various machines e.g., tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, and inserts, preferred
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude

How You Keep Quality Tight

• Review, evaluate, interpret, summarize, and present data
• Review data obtained for compliance with specifications and report abnormalities
• Complete and maintain appropriate documentation to support testing procedures
• Calibrate and maintain equipment according to maintenance schedules
• Receive shipments, check for damages, and sort stock for distribution
