Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.About The RoleAs a Medical Assistant, you're the heart of every patient visit. From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for. All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals. You'll move between clinical and administrative work throughout the day: drawing blood, running EKGs, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups, keeping each visit flowing so providers can focus on care. This is hands-on, fast-paced, people-first work where your attention to detail directly shapes patient outcomes and experience.
