Position: RN - Stepdown

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Availability: Targeted Start Date - 11/16 or 11/30

Schedule: Full Time, 3 x 12 hour shifts with every other weekend required. Candidates will be expected to work one major holiday.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: 2+ years including telemetry experience
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Charting Experience: EPIC
Licensure: North Carolina or Compact license in hand
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Patient Ratio Experience: 4-5 patients

Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary

Compliance and Attendance Policy

Flu vaccines are mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted.
Candidates will be required to pass an EKG/Telemetry exam onsite.
Travelers may have up to three absences per 13-week contract. Attendance will be monitored, and excessive tardiness or no call/no show incidents may result in contract review.
