The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, possesses excellent patient care skills, and thrives in a fast-paced medical spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and prepare patients for consultations and treatments.Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs.Assist physicians and aesthetic providers during medical and cosmetic procedures.Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical equipment.Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.Manage patient scheduling and assist with follow-up appointments.Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).Inventory and organize medical supplies.Ensure all treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.QualificationsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent) preferred.Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a medical spa is highly preferred.Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as Botox®, dermal fillers, laser procedures, microneedling, PRP, IV therapy, and medical-grade skincare is an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses.Paid training and continuing education opportunities.Employee discounts on aesthetic treatments and skincare products.Paid time off.Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding medical spa.Job is located at 3801 n fairfax drive arlington va 22203
