Graphic Designer III

Position Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Graphic Designer III to join our Marketing Department. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that supports the company's gaming products, brands, corporate identity, sales initiatives, casino customers, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. This position will work closely with Marketing, Game Development, Sales, Product Management, and Leadership to translate business objectives and game concepts into high-quality visual communications across print, digital, social media, presentations, events, and promotional channels. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, an understanding of branding and marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced gaming environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Design Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Maintain and strengthen the company's corporate brand identity across all marketing channels. Create branded materials for slot games, gaming products, corporate communications, and customer-facing initiatives. Develop visual concepts that communicate the unique value and personality of the company's gaming portfolio. Ensure consistency in typography, imagery, layouts, colors, logos, and overall brand standards. Assist with development and maintenance of brand guidelines and creative standards. Game Marketing Create marketing materials supporting new slot game launches and product releases. Design game logos, promotional graphics, sell sheets, game one-sheets, product brochures, and promotional campaigns. Partner with Game Development and Product teams to understand game themes and translate them into compelling marketing visuals. Create graphics showcasing game features, themes, cabinets, mechanics, and player experiences. Develop launch materials for new games and gaming products. Digital Marketing Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and online promotions. Design social media graphics and campaign assets for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Produce digital banners, promotional images, thumbnails, and other web assets. Resize and adapt creative assets for different digital channels and specifications. Collaborate with Marketing team members to support digital campaigns and content calendars. Sales & Casino Customer Materials Develop sales presentations, product decks, brochures, sell sheets, and customer-facing collateral. Create materials used by the Sales team when presenting gaming products to casino operators. Develop customized marketing materials for key casino customers and business partners when appropriate. Support Sales with visual materials for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Ensure materials clearly communicate product benefits and differentiate the company from competitors. Trade Shows & Events Design creative assets for G2E and other casino gaming trade shows and industry events. Develop booth graphics, signage, banners, backdrops, product displays, posters, and promotional materials. Create event invitations, announcements, promotional graphics, and digital communications. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and vendors to ensure event materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. Support the visual presentation of new game launches and products at industry events. Corporate Communications Design internal and external corporate communications. Create executive presentations, company announcements, newsletters, and employee communications. Support recruiting and employer-branding initiatives with creative assets when requested. Assist with corporate photography, image selection, editing, and visual asset management. Production & Quality Control Prepare artwork for digital, print, large-format, and promotional applications. Manage design files, templates, logos, photography, and other marketing assets. Ensure all creative materials meet brand, technical, and production requirements. Proofread and conduct quality-control reviews of creative materials before release. Coordinate with printers, agencies, vendors, and other external creative partners. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in casino gaming, slot manufacturing, gaming technology, entertainment, hospitality, or another B2B industry. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, digital, print, and promotional design. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, branding, and visual hierarchy. Experience preparing files for both digital and print production. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting trade shows and large-scale events. Experience with Figma, Canva, or other digital design platforms. Experience with photography and image editing. Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint. Understanding of B2B marketing and sales enablement. Experience working with external creative agencies and vendors.
