Registered Nurse - Full-time

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg 5W Role & Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensure professional accountability, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities are performed in alignment with mission, values, and service standards. Key Duties Care for adult medical patients with conditions such as obstructions, infections, and pneumonia. Strengthen core Med Surg skills and manage diverse medical needs. Assess and monitor patient conditions, collaborate with team members, and maintain documentation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed. Additional Information: New grads and experienced nurses are welcome.
