Proven success in this role will be rewarded with upward mobility and progressive earning potential.Position DescriptionAs an Ortho Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling the clinical value of the Alexis Orthopaedic Protector directly to surgeons. You will promote the benefits of using the Alexis Orthopaedic Protector in surgeries, such as total hip and shoulder replacements. In this role, you will cover a large geography and schedule product evaluations with surgeons and surgical groups. You will also work closely with our existing Field team for each account. You will be responsible for driving growth and utilization of our Alexis Orthopaedic Protector by performing the following activities:Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons and key contacts in assigned hospital accountsExceed quota expectations as established by managementProvide the highest levels of support and service to your accountsPosition RequirementsMinimum of 1-2 years of documented, successful experience in outside sales (B2B or similar)Basic sales trainingResourceful, goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial driveExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated performance record with clear documentation of successMust live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocateAbility to travel for applicable training classesCompletion of a college degree (Bachelor's degree or higher)Applied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.BenefitsThe base compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 / year for the position in this location. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in this specific geographic area based on the date of this job posting.
