You must be willing to work onsite at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 4 days/week in order to be considered for this position.We are looking for a customer obsessed, results-oriented Finance leader to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role will own the enterprise financial close, ensuring close cycles are accurate, predictable, and well-coordinated across Accounting, FP&A, and business partners. The Sr. manager will also lead MBR and Board reporting, translating close outcomes into clear, enterprise-level narratives that connect financial results to key drivers, risks, and strategic themes for senior leadership. The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for executive audiences. This individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving standardization across functions, and operating with attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.A day in the life....
