Location: Mahopac, NY
With Openings in Westchester, Putnam & Dutchess Counties
Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts:  Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available 
Shifts vary based on case needs and availability  
Employment Type: Direct Hire | In-Person Home Care
Pay:

• Westchester County: $20.22/hour
• Putnam & Dutchess Counties: $18.10/hour

To qualify for this position, you must hold an active New York State PCA or HHA certification.
A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are also required.
Applicants without NYS certification cannot be considered.

About the PCA / HHA Role
We are hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients throughout the Hudson Valley region. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home.

What You’ll Do
As a PCA or HHA, you will:

• Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Support light meal preparation and basic household tasks to maintain a safe living space

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote comfort and well-being

• Follow care plans and safety guidelines to ensure quality home care

• Encourage healthy routines and assist with basic wellness practices

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Current New York State PCA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home health experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a patient, respectful approach

• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
