- Provide occupational therapy services to EBPR clients (clinic-based, home-based, school-based)
- Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients
- Submit clinical reports and notes in a timely manner
- Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings, as needed
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Maintain target billable hours for full time role
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
- Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed
- Current Illinois licensure
- Maintain standing with AOTA/IOTA and current certification with DHS/EI
