Adecco is currently assisting TaylorMade Golf in recruiting for an Associate Technician Durability Testing in Carlsbad CA. This is a long-term temp opportunity, with a pay rate of $19.00/ hour, Plus, some overtime.

Responsibilities:

· · Perform durability and development testing based on engineering drawings and specifications

· · Set up, operate, and maintain mechanical testing equipment and tools

· · Assemble and disassemble golf clubs and related components

· · Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.) to inspect parts

· · Collect, organize, and analyze test data with a strong focus on Excel

· · Enter results into systems and generate clear, accurate reports for engineers

· · Troubleshoot inconsistencies in measurements and test results

· · Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure testing accuracy

· · Follow all safety protocols and contribute to process improvements

· · Support additional lab and testing tasks as needed

• Requirements:

· · Strong mechanical skills and comfort working with tools and equipment

· · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organizing data)

· · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

· · Experience with precision measurement tools (minimum 3+ months preferred)

· · Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, percentages)

· · High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· · Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment

· · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· · High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
