Location: Nick's on the Lake @ Popeye's - Lake Geneva, WI

Employment Type: Full‑Time (45–55 hours per week)

Schedule: Day, mid, or night shifts — including holidays and weekends

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Service Restaurant leader with a minimum of 10 years in table-service environments. This role is not quick-service or counter-service focused. We are looking for a hands-on floor leader who thrives in high-volume, guest-facing dining rooms, manages servers and hosts, and delivers polished hospitality in a tourist-driven market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate staff with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Oversee both dining room and kitchen operations daily
• Recruit, train, and organize team members for operational excellence
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall staffing efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Handle repairs, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu writing and updates
• Manage guest relations and resolve customer complaints quickly
• Assist with marketing efforts and community engagement
• Increase sales and profitability through effective leadership and planning
• Ensure compliance with food sanitation, safety, and health regulations
• Support staff development and advancement opportunities
• Monitor and maintain resources efficiently (staff, stock, and sales)
• Provide onsite leadership during long shifts and ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of restaurant management experience
• Food Sanitation Certification required
• Open availability and willingness to work long shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive and confident decision‑maker
• Creative, motivated, and high‑energy personality
• Dependable, honest, and team‑oriented
• Problem‑solving ability with a positive, can‑do attitude
