Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Engineering stack Lakehouse, OneLake, Pipelines, Notebooks Azure Data Factory / ADLS / Databricks Strong knowledge of: Data Lake architecture & design patterns ETL/ELT frameworks and pipeline orchestration PySpark / Spark SQL / Advanced SQL Data Lake / Lakehouse / DWH concepts Data modeling (Star Schema, Fact/Dimension design) Data security (row/column level security concepts) Strong experience in Data Lake / Data Warehouse implementations as an Architect Experience in data governance, security & access control (RBAC, Purview, etc.) Proven experience in enterprise‑scale data platform design Experience in CI/CD & DevOps for Data Engineering Hands‑on experience working with SAP and multiple ERP systems (Sales & Finance modules preferred) for data ingestion Good understanding of: Data mapping (source‑to‑target at attribute level) ERP data structures (master & transactional data) Data analysis and data validation techniques Base Salary Range $110,000 - $125,000 per annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans Family Support: Maternal & Parental Leaves Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing Qualifications
