Real Estate Joint Venture Associate | Miami, FL | Hybrid
\n \nJoin a top-ranked law firm in Miami as a Real Estate Joint Venture Associate within its Corporate practice, working as part of a small, specialist team focused heavily on sophisticated real estate joint ventures .
\n \nThis is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to specialise in Real Estate JV work and build deep expertise in this area, rather than working across a broad, generalist real estate practice.
\n \nThe team advises sophisticated institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on complex, high-value transactions. Associates work closely with experienced partners and benefit from strong training, mentoring and meaningful responsibility from the outset .
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Advise institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on sophisticated real estate joint ventures \n
- Structure and negotiate complex real estate JV transactions \n
- Draft and negotiate JV agreements and related transaction documents \n
- Advise on partnership and LLC structures \n
- Work on sophisticated real estate investment structures \n
- Work directly with partners and clients on high-value transactions \n
- Take meaningful responsibility on complex matters \n
What You'll Need
\n- \n
- 4+ years of experience \n
- Strong Real Estate JV experience preferred \n
- Experience with partnership and LLC structuring \n
- Strong commercial real estate transactional experience \n
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills \n
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to practise \n
- Strong academic credentials \n
