HVAC Estimator

Cherry Hill, NJ
$40–$55/hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Permanent

Our client, a well-established HVAC contractor in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, is looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and/or residential HVAC projects
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Submit competitive bids and assist with project handoffs
Work closely with project managers, sales, and operations teams

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC estimating experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods
Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
