About Your Role As a CRNA at St. Anthony Hospital , you will be an integral part of our patient care team, responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical procedures. You will leverage your advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes, from pre-operative assessment through intra-operative management and post-operative recovery. Key Responsibilities Include: Conducting pre-anesthetic assessments and developing individualized care plans. Administering various anesthetic agents to ensure patient comfort and safety during surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures. Continuously monitoring patient physiological responses and making necessary adjustments. Collaborating effectively with supervising physicians and the healthcare team for integrated patient care. Managing anesthetic emergencies and providing advanced airway management. Participating in post-anesthesia care, focusing on recovery and pain management. Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia care. Adhering to all CommonSpirit Health policies and regulatory standards. Job Requirements Qualifications Education: Master's Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Licensure: Active Colorado RN license. Certifications: Current NBCRNA/AANA, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Experience: New grads welcome to apply. Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient safety commitment.
