Global Contracts Manager - International Defense & DCS
AV
AV is seeking an International Contracts Manager to lead complex contract activities for direct commercial sales (DCS) on defense projects. You will collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, engineering, operations and business development to streamline workflows and mitigate risk across global programs. You will develop and manage bid, capture and negotiation processes for international opportunities, oversee contract execution through the lifecycle, and ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and #J-18808-Ljbffr AV
