Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for proactively sourcing CDL driver candidates and developing a positive candidate experience from the initial application through offer acceptance. This position will utilize driver networks, industry events, AI functions, Tenstreet, CDL schools, etc. in order to develop a driver candidate pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate internally with marketing, management and IT to develop a web presence, social media presence and the use of technologies to effectively attract strong candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a strong understanding and appreciation of the industry, company, and job opportunities.
