The Role A highly analytical corporate development role working directly with senior leadership across M&A, strategic finance, corporate forecasting, and capital allocation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial modeling and valuation analysis Supporting M&A and strategic investment opportunities Corporate forecasting and long-range planning Preparing investment committee and management presentations Evaluating strategic opportunities across the portfolio Supporting capital allocation and business development initiatives About the Platform A large-scale energy infrastructure owner and operator with assets spanning natural gas transportation, storage, gathering and processing, liquids infrastructure, and power-related investments. The Corporate Development team works closely with executive leadership on transactions, strategic planning, and long-term value creation initiatives across the platform. Candidate Profile 2-4 years of investment banking experience Power, energy, oil & gas, midstream, or infrastructure coverage experience preferred Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Experience supporting live transactions or financing processes Interest in energy infrastructure and principal-side investing Willingness to relocate to the Denver area 2022, 2023, and 2024 analyst classes are particularly relevant. #J-18808-Ljbffr Madison Hunt
