Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting high school students with speech-language or physical therapy needs for the current school year and beyond. This full-time position involves working onsite at a school campus, engaging with a diverse student population in an urban educational environment. With 35 hours weekly between 7:15 AM and 4 PM, youll become an integral part of the student support system, working collaboratively with teachers and staff to help students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania clearances or ability to obtain them promptly
• Previous experience providing SLP or PT services in a school setting
• Demonstrated success working within urban school environments
• Ability to manage a high school caseload independently
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual, onsite attendance (no remote work accommodated)
• Adaptability and comfort working with district protocols and location
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology or physical therapy services as designated in student IEPs
• Assess, document, and report student progress regularly
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and stakeholders
• Support students in achieving developmental, communication, and physical therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Maintain meticulous records and adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements
