Job Overview
WRS is seeking motivated and reliable Canvassers to support our sales team through door-to-door outreach. This role is ideal for college students or individuals looking for flexible, part-time work while gaining valuable sales and communication experience.
Canvassers play a key role in connecting homeowners with our sales representatives by setting qualified inspection appointments.
Responsibilities- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Engage with homeowners and identify potential roofing needs
- Schedule qualified inspections for Sales Representatives
- Accurately track daily activity and appointments
- Represent WRS professionally in the field
- $50 per Qualified Appointment
- $100–$200 Bonus per Sold Job
- Average Monthly Earnings: $3,000–$6,000
- Top Performers: $7,000+
- Flexible schedule to accommodate school commitments
- 4–6 hours per day
- 4–5 days per week
- Afternoon and early evening availability preferred
- Walking required, no roof climbing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Ability to work outdoors
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Sales and communication training
- Mentorship from experienced sales professionals
- Branded company uniform provided
